Kirkland & Ellis / Los Angeles

Rottet Studio was awarded the new Los Angeles offices for the esteemed law firm of Kirkland & Ellis. In what was one of the best real estate deals of the year, Kirkland & Ellis selected a space that the Rottet team had previously designed for Thelen, Reid & Priest while affiliated with DMJM Rottet. This selection has allowed the design team to achieve maximum efficiency and save the client enormous costs given their deep knowledge of the space.

Foley & Lardner / North San Diego

Foley & Lardner again selected the Rottet team to design their office, this time in North San Diego. Our team designed the San Diego office space for the highly regarded, national law firm in 2006 while affiliated with DMJM Rottet.

United Talent Agency

Rottet Studio will help United Talent Agency take the next step in their continued growth by creating a modern, dynamic and creative work space for the venerable talent firm. UTA’s consistent growth has been ensured by a commitment to constantly uncovering and nurturing the next wave of bold artist in every current and emerging arena of entertainment.Other recent Project wins include Spark Energy and DrillMec in Houston, new offices for Cimation in Louisiana and Texas and the Executive Offices for a Global Investment Banking and Securities Firm in New York. Rottet Studio is also working on a new hotel in CIty Santa Fe in Mexico City with Richard Meier and a Luxury Resort in Palm Desert, CA.
