Designed by Lauren Rottet and the Rottet Studio team, Toit-Terrasse is located on the rooftop of The Arthur Sachs Mansion at 58 East 66th Street in New York City. All proceeds from the Kips Bay Decorator Show House benefit the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club.
